In the spirit of the Sanskrit word for "change" which lends them their name, Vadalna walks a continually shifting line between contrasting elements, melding Middle Eastern movement and rhythms with hip-hop and beats of the electronic underground, the ancient with the ultra-modern, the intensely personal with the universal and archetypal. The result is something neither one extreme nor the other, but both, and unique.

As we montioned last week, Vadalna is undergoing a wee bit of construction! We are working on finalizing a new location for all classes and will keep you updated as to the situation. Beginners' Level I and Level II are canceled tonight, but we can't wait to dance with you again very soon! Vadalna Under Construction!

We've received quite a lot of feedback from students regarding the difficulty of the location and the change in times and so have decided to leave the Z-Spot. Classes are currently suspended until we finish transitioning to a new location. We appreciate ALL the mad support we've received and we can't wait to dance with you all again soon!!
